Analysis of Nursing Career and Motivation

Nurses  & Doctors are our army, started my career as Nursing Intern then gradually getting promotion, currently I am a Nurse Manager demonstrate my leadership quality at each level, started as Emergency Nurse Intern, seen multiple disaster and crises such as bomb blast attack on Benazir Bhutto in Karachi then assassination of her in 2007 when most of cities burn hundreds of peoples got shot down of blind bullets, city crises every day minimum 10-12 gunshots have to handle per shift.

At first disaster I work under senior nurses no doubt they were best in their nursing care in which I learnt a lot and also pointed some loop hole, when I lead my team at time of Benazir assassination country locked down for 3 days, gun shot, tortured patients we received every alternate minute was a rush call, it started in evening so management and administration of the hospital left for home, we knew nobody come to help or provide additional support to us, we knew that we have to continue till the situation handle.

As a Team Leader I assigned motivated Nurses to receive the patient and refer them to resus or front area, Doctors and Senior Nurses for evaluate, cannulation, wound wash etc. etc. Technician, Nurse Aid support them to provide equipment’s, medicine, surgical supplies, and inform other teams.

I was facing staffing issues, handling a disaster with routine shift staff it was difficult but we make it all together, limited Nurses, Porter and other staff, I decide to use housekeeping staff to transport patients, 3 patients move together with bed move by housekeeping staff, 1 Nurse, 1 Technician, and 1 Intern Doctor to help and move them to Operation Theater and return back to their assign area as fast as they can run, we shift medical and other routine emergencies patient into clinical area, which was closed in last evening and I have assign weak, those staff which I felt may demotivate my champs.

Most of the time most of us was crying, carrying with tears in eyes we never saw this kind ever in our life never even seen in any Hollywood movie, we were self-motivated peoples were our own, no hunger no thirst just one feel, “Mercy ALLAH” “Mercy ALLAH” help them and help us.

Evening and Night was a horror day of our life, but today I feel Covid-19 again need the same strength to help our peoples, as a Nurse Manager my Administrative skill are good, by the grace of ALLAH during all these years I never stop my clinical practices, still if I found a difficult cannulation, I do for my staff, not to nail patient.

Today I read some of the nurses, refuse to work in Covid-19 Patient area just because of fear, yes in my nursing career I have seen some of them accept they become nurses just for handsome salaries and to move from Pakistan to European countries, visas for nurses are easy to get.

If I was demotivated at that time then I wouldn’t be at this position where I am right now. I have served the community of mountaineers and severe climatic environment which I have never been and this was my second time to serve the nation when there is a call for help from remote areas of Upper Chitral Khyber Pakhtoon Khuwan, Pakistan.

My suggestion as a Leader you know your force, spare those who you think are weak and demotivate others in the battle, I am sure if 1 get down, another standup to replace the position and you can continue to fight back.

Corona I am ready! To serve my community and country, no fear we defeat you with our unity.

COVID19 MORE AGGRESSIVE THAN A SUICIDE BOMBER

Covid19 Pandemic is an increasing trends in Pakistan day by day, affecting humanity around the globe, its fear is more than terrorist attack, each individual is a kind of suicide attacker, just get into the gathering and blast into the crowed, spread its infection into gathering, that’s the reason social distancing, lock down and even curfew become the line of action for the civil society to control its spread but its couldn’t work 100%, those who aware about these self-exploit disease they only care and try to avoid meetings and un-necessary parties.

Corona spoil ceremonies of all religions either its Easter for Christian Community, Holy month of Ramadan for Muslim Community and Holly of Hindu community. 2020 celebrations from January till date are tasteless, colorless and mourning in peoples.

Health scientists are working hard days and nights to produce vaccine for covid19, this pandemic epidemic disease targets our senior citizens and those who have already have other severe health issues.

Over 200 thousand peoples died, and millions are affected, most of them are our 1st generation above age of 60 Years, many health care workers are victim of the corona virus during serving the community. We cannot forget their sacrifice for humanity, working 24/7 either a nurse, doctor, housekeeping, food service, other supporting departments, hospital management, we cannot forget the services of ambulance staff, police, army and other government missionary those who continue work in the field to battle and succeed against covid19.

We can safe community and our families by staying at home, follow World Health Organizations (WHO) given guidelines; for treatment and prevention. Pandemic Corvid continue to travel one to another and so on, it can be defeat when follow distance, follow preventive measures to discontinue its transportation by staying home, isolation and quarantine by self.

COVID19 MORE AGGRESSIVE THAN A SUICIDE BOMBER

Half of the world is now enforcing to follow the guideline and distancing, if humanity do not follow it, then a worry come into mind, if its spread in huge as we can see its affect multiple numbers in a day. We pray GOD give strength to Nurses, Doctors and Paramedics to stand against it and continue their fight against it, definitely they have families if it continues then we have fear we lose the force against defeating Corona.

Please stay at home
For your family
For the community
For the humanity
For yourself

We never give up hope will continue in future.

Epidemic Covid-19 (Corona) vs Humanity

Epidemic Covid-19 (Corona) vs Humanity

My condolence to those who lose their love once, also with them who lost their jobs in this pandemic situation, today I feel I am living in a country where all are one hand weather to help each other or together to fight against all the disasters situation.

We are UNITED

We were United and

We will be

Global economic crises affected the under developing and 3rd world country, their foreign employees are losing their jobs, families and lives are affected but nobody care, think about them, supports or empathized with them it seems we all living life of animals like in jungle where nobody knows each other, powerful trying to eat helpless if fortunately you survived you have to swim all alone just to be alive

so many citizens of my country (Pakistan) lost jobs, and now waited for governmental support to bring them back, all of them are loyal citizens, many choose to work for their own country besides having good monetary compensation advantage and other picked as well but they choose to serve their own country but what they got hunger, poverty corruption to get job in their own country and those who left for their future after earning some of them compare their abroad earning with native country, let’s not discuss, no matter the purpose behind their leaving. The prime minister of Pakistan to come back and serve their own country and he is still trying to help them and it’s a good gesture.

Corona battle against mankind spread its dark clouds, change a day into night, we look towards almighty ALLAH. We see rising of sun and we get back into our life with this hope that the setting sun bring up a good news of ending corona

WHO (World Health Organization) and so many Health Organization at International, National, Provincial District and area level take the responsibility to educate people so that they maintain social distancing, hand washing and avoiding unnecessary travel, work and routine activities.

one after one another country affected with corona, lock down and even curfew become the solution to control the disease because nobody has medical solution for this, till today its affected China, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy and currently on peak at United States with highest death tolls, poor countries such as South Asian regions and African countries, their peoples don’t have even basics necessaries of living, no proper water supply, food supply and health facilities available

I live in Karachi Pakistan, where we have huge population in Karachi, no proper water supply, people’s basic income is very low even they cannot afford the lock down. WHO hand washing guideline cannot work, because they don’t have water to drink, how it’s possible to social distance, in a single room where 7-10 family members are living in a single room how can we make a distance of 1-3 meter, peoples are living in temporary shelters for social distancing

The reason is not Pakistan, the reason is rest of the rich countries their lobbies and political science and so called policies; make poor counties more unstable and poorer moreover make them living below the line of poverty and we all know who are responsible for that.

May ALLAH forgive all the sins of the mankind, protect sick and aged population that are vulnerable. In this battle young doctors, nurses, hospital staff, social volunteers, housekeeping staff, rescue teams, ambulance staff, and so many which might not in my words, off course in my memory but in my prayers lost their lives or their love ones, they can't stay home, they were in the field to defeat corona.

Mankind always remember this 3rd world war which killed so many but our Nurses, Doctors and Paramedical take charge to stop it. We salute them and I wish medical solution get successful cure so by the grace of Almighty ALLAH all other remaining are cure

We Proud of You health team Stay Safe, Stay Bless.

Covid-19 (Corona Virus) reflection on Global Village

Covid-19 (Corona Virus) reflection on Global Village

Today I have seen two funeral unfortunately which were very near to my place, one was young teenage boy who were in dreaming phase: dreaming about bright future and fulfillment of expectations of his family and friends was gunshot brutally during resistance while mobile snatching, another might be a sick patient, both of the funeral attended by less peoples, otherwise in our culture, other than relatives, neighbor, co-workers, friends, social activist, area committee members all together become part of condolence and become part to share the loss and to tell family that they are with them in this   situation (Will of God).

At current this world is a global because of internet, Internet break all the boundaries and bring peoples closer virtually, we all are happy and enjoying it a lot social gathering increase when we dine out and tag our friends the place and food here the race starts to reach out the rest in your social contacts. Video calls, Live videos, 3d Videos, 360 Video all become routine to connect with office, friends and relatives around the globe.

A nightmare COVID-19 (Corona Virus) a pandemic disease started just like new app launch by a Cyber Giant company and got huge popularity, and a cloud it spread in this global village, the real-world taking step towards virtual life.

All gatherings are restricted, 1-3 meter distance become necessary, we are locked in our homes, we are virtually connected with families and friends, many of us lost their jobs because of global economic crises, some works from home.

In Poor and under developing countries lock down does not work because of hunger, poverty and lack of health facilities; they can not afford or cannot stay at home therefore they have to go out to search for food,to work hard, labor’s and daily wager’s lives have become hell, they beg to feed their families, my eyes have tears and heart is crying for them.

May ALLAH give us courage to help them, it this pandemic disease.

May ALLAH help us to fight with this virus and get back us to our happy and healthy life, those who lost their life’s we Pray for their soul for eternal peace and highest place in heaven.🙏
